Thank you for your patience whilst I have been building my site. It is still under construction and is taking rather longer than anticipated. In my defence I've had to learn how to code in CSS and html in order to have the site look and function as I wish it to. This will hopefully benefit you with faster loading pages and easier navigation.

I decided to make this site to help those of you who are just getting started with pastels. You may be unsure about them, wonder if they are fun to use or if they are right for you. Hopefully I'll be able to help you with these questions, based on what I went through when I was just starting to use them also. My adventure with pastels began when I said I would like to paint a picture for my brother for his new house. He said he would like a landscape in pastels. I agreed to paint one, but had never really used pastels seriously before and was quite unsure about how to use them. Fortunately I had a good art teacher and lots of advice from him. I thought it would be good to share that advice with all of you.

I have completed the Pastel Info section. including the demo. Don't be alarmed, it won't be difficult for you to do. I hope you'll find it helpful and interesting.
